Junior Brand Ambassador - Abu Dhabi (Arabic Speaker)

As a Junior Brand Ambassador, you will represent MARLI at our boutiques, trade shows, and events while building strong relationships with clients and elevating the customer journey. Working closely with our Senior Brand Ambassadors and Boutique Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring every client feels the MARLI touch.

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Be the face of MARLI, delivering a warm, genuine, and memorable client experience.
• Understand client needs, recommend tailored selections, and guide them through their MARLI journey.
• Build long-lasting relationships, retain loyal clients, and attract new ones.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve and exceed collective sales goals.
• Represent MARLI’s values, culture, and heritage with professionalism and elegance.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system.
• Support stock management, security, and boutique procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising and boutique displays.

Events & Engagement

• Invite clients to exclusive MARLI events and support VIP guest experiences.
• Assist with event coordination and client development initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Energetic, approachable, professional, and client-focused.
