Job Summary
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties across Abu Dhabi. You’ll be backed by a strong brand, a supportive team, and a portfolio of high-demand listings. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying/selling process
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online marketing tools is an advantage
