Role Overview

In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission to transform the visions of innovators into reality. You will work closely with visionary clients and our internal teams to translate groundbreaking ideas into tangible, creative, and impactful digital solutions. As a critical bridge between strategy and execution, your primary role is to uncover user needs and ensure that every product we design is both exceptional and effective, helping us bring our partners' visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs alongside Product Owners and translate them into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Facilitate analysis meetings and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies with the development and design teams.
• Support product backlog management, conduct demos, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Contribute to market research to proactively suggest product improvements.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a background in fields like Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A foundational understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and digital product development.
• Excellent command of English.
