To work on software products for both Zes and Electrip brands, we are looking for an Software Product Management S enior Specialist located in Ankara . It is an opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative business and be at the forefront of the growing EV market.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the product management of our EV charging station management platform and mobile applications. You will be based in Ankara and will report to Senior Executive of Software Product Management Team in Technology and Digital Solutions Directorate.

• Own and drive the short/long term product strategy and roadmap of EV charging mobile app & platform in alignment with company goals and user needs
• Manage owned products from idea to launch, making sure they’re delivered on time and meet market needs by continuously benchmarking against global best practices and use cases and in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Provide insights on emerging technologies and recommend relevant adoption opportunities to enhance product performance and capabilities.
• Search, evaluate, and shortlist solution providers for integrations, contributing to final selection in alignment with product requirements.
• Work closely with technical product management to prioritize features and clearly define scope for software development.
• Align technical requirements with business flows and use cases to build features that truly meet customer needs.
• Drive internal alignment by educating stakeholders, increasing ownership and product penetration across teams.
• Monitor how products perform and listen to customers to keep improving them
• Examine customer and business feedbacks/complaints, identify key insights and provide preliminary findings to accelerate solution process

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably industrial engineering or a related field),
• 4+ years of detailed experience working with software product management, business/technical analyst, project manager or similar,
• Experience in the overall coordination and implementation of product management activities and effective roadmap execution,
• Experience in mobile clients and back-end systems,
• Able to simply analyze and find insights regarding product enhancements and problem solving,
• Experience in working directly with related stakeholders to gather clear business requirements and build product/user flows,
• Ability to set KPI’s and monitor, evaluate regularly to effectively manage products’ time to market,
• Being able to think analytically, practical and result-oriented,
• Strong ability to use data to make decisions,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills in English,
• Experience in payment systems and new generation payment methods are plus,
• Experience in customer loyalty structures is a plus
• Experience in software-as-a-service is a plus,
• Having knowledge about Agile/Scrum principles is a plus,
• Understanding of EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility concepts is a plus.
