The Junior Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and coordination between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering
· Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements.
· Conduct basic research and data analysis.
· Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Process Analysis & Support
· Support process mapping and workflow documentation.
· Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements under supervision.
· Assist in impact analysis for proposed changes.
Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and meeting minutes.
· Develop presentations and status reports.
Collaboration
· Coordinate between business users and development teams.
· Support testing and validation of new features or systems.
· Provide basic user support and training.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
· 0–2 years of experience (internships acceptable).
· Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques and SDLC.
Skills
· Strong analytical and documentation skills.
· Good communication and teamwork.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
