We are looking to hire a highly driven senior business analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency. The senior business analyst’s responsibilities involve developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and creating monthly reports on the performance of the business. You should also be able to utilize the monthly reports to identify business areas in need of improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Documentation

· Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs.

· Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specs, and User Stories.

· Translate business needs into technical requirements.

Process Improvement & Analysis

· Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.

· Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies.

· Support change management initiatives.

Solution Design & Implementation Support

· Collaborate with technical teams to design effective solutions.

· Validate solutions through testing and user feedback.

· Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Act as primary liaison between business units, IT, and vendors.

· Present findings, proposals, and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

· Experience in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.

· CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification is a plus.

Skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking.

· Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

· Knowledge of BPM, UML, workflow modeling.

· Proficient in tools such as MS Visio, Jira, Excel, Power BI.

Certifications:

· Certified Agile Business Analyst (IIBA-AAC)

· Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

· Microsoft Excel / Power BI Certification
