Senior Reporting Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with strong experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and interpreting data reports to support business decisions, identify trends, and enhance operational performance within the billing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for medical billing operations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, variances, and process improvement opportunities.
• Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claim submissions, denials, collections, and AR trends.
• Collaborate with billing, AR, and coding teams to ensure data accuracy and process transparency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 1 years of experience in reporting or analytics within medical billing or RCM.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong understanding of billing metrics, AR, denials, and payer reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a US healthcare or BPO environment is a plus.

Location: Near Old Airport. Fazal Town, Rawalpindi.
