Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Improvement

Analyse business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives.

Design and implement process automation and digital transformation strategies.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial & Data Analysis

Analyse revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability trends to identify opportunities for growth and savings.

Recommend cost control and reduction measures and revenue enhancing opportunities.

Segmental Profitability analysis – Geographical & product wise for each business unit

Create dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Stakeholder Management & Communication

Act as a liaison between business units, IT, finance, and senior management to ensure alignment of business objectives.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

Support change management efforts by ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
System & Technology

Work with IT/Finance/Operations teams to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure seamless data flow across departments.

Assist in ERP and business intelligence tool implementations by defining system requirements and testing functionalities.

Support data migration, integration, and validation to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Risk Assessment & Compliance

Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices.

Qualification:
Educational Background
Graduate or equivalent degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, coupled with Information Systems, or a related field.
Related Work Experience
3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting.
Technical Qualification / Certification

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or finance industries is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data analytics is preferred.
Technical/Functional Competency

Experience with financial modelling, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
