JOB TITLE: Program Implementation Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking Executives with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in any business operations or program delivery through Telephonic model, to join our team. The ideal candidate should be Post graduate preferably an MBA and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for Implementing our online Course Program over the phone. The job requires the candidate to be result-oriented and have a positive attitude.
Gender Preference: Male Preferred
Age: 25 - 35 years
Work Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Key Responsibilities:
* Calling customers through list provided by the organization and taking their progress as per the sessions attended in the program.
* Tracking the development cycle of the client throughout our course.
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality by making a targeted number of calls per day and following up with customers.
* Building andmaintaining long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in good testimonials and referrals.
* Work as a support function for the company and call clients to communicate any important information other than sales, whenever required- like calls for event, calls for fee reminder.
* Actively participate in sales call activity if required by the organization.

* Strong work ethic and integrity.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in any business operation.
* Post-Graduate degree in any field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
