Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Business Analyst (Software) OR Software Support Executive to assist in requirements gathering, system analysis, and day-to-day support of our software solutions.

Role: Junior Business Analyst (Software) OR Junior Software Support Executive

Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi - Pakistan

Shift: Day

Days: Mon - Fri (only)

Job Description:

6 months - 1 year of experience in primarily Software Support

Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Laravel, Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript etc.)

Understanding of ERP systems, software solutions, and business applications.

Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Strong knowledge on requirement gathering & drafting along with hands-on experience in client-facing software support.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
