• Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships
• Assist in lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical input for proposals
• Engage with prospects and respond to initial inquiries professionally
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with leads
• Participate in online bidding and outreach for IT projects and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms and professional networking tools
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working night shifts
