Junior Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in client communication on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and other online marketplaces. The primary focus of this role is to generate leads, communicate with clients, and secure graphic design projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify potential clients and send customized proposals/bids for graphic design projects.
• Communicate professionally with international clients via chat and calls.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.
• Follow up with prospects to close deals.
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and project status.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in business development or freelancing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Fiverr and Upwork bidding process.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to understand graphic design project requirements (logo, branding, social media posts, packaging, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client handling.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling graphic design-related projects.
• Understanding of pricing strategies and service packaging.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
