Job Description

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospects professionally via calls, emails, and messages
• Support lead generation and business development activities
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
• Actively participate in training and skill development

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift (including night shifts)
• Work from office
• Must have a personal laptop

Salary & Employment Details

• ₹10,000/month during probation period
• Probation period: 3 months
• Employment confirmation after successful completion of training
• Post-confirmation salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)
• Additional performance-based incentives/bonus applicable
