About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support business operations, coordinate with the digital marketing team, and assist senior executives in delivering global regulatory compliance projects. This role requires excellent written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Draft professional emails and communicate with international clients & partners.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and databases.
• Support senior executives in project coordination and day-to-day business operations.
• Review regulatory requirements for global product approvals and market access.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely follow-ups.
• Assist management with business development, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE work experience Preferably in Digital marketing Space along with administration, operations, business support, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in business operations, project coordination, or digital marketing coordination will be an added advantage.
