Junior Civil Engineer

The Junior Engineer will support the site execution team, assisting in measurement, coordination, and quality checks. The role is ideal for engineers eager to learn, manage sections independently, and grow into senior positions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Assist in layout, supervision, and measurement of works.

· Prepare daily progress and material reports.

· Ensure quality and safety compliance during execution.

· Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.

· Support billing and documentation tasks.

· Review drawings and report discrepancies or improvements.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

· B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) with 2–4 years of experience.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and surveying tools.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
