Job Vacancy: Office Civil Engineer (Estimation & Documentation)
Location: Ajman
Salary: 2000 to 2,500 AED (All-inclusive)
Employment Type: Full-time

We are an emerging contracting company looking for a dedicated Office Civil Engineer who can efficiently handle office-related engineering and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project estimations, BOQs, and quotations
  • Manage invoices, payment records, and project documentation
  • Organize and maintain office files and project records
  • Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors
  • Draft and reply to emails professionally
  • Coordinate with site teams whenever required
  • Support general office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma or related field
  • Basic knowledge of estimation and quantity take-off
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to handle documentation and office management independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience are welcome
