Fresh Civil Engineers - (2026 & 2025 Graduates prefered)

Hiring for Fresh Engineers (Civil) 

DAR Pakistan is offering a Trainee Engineers Program  for a motivated and detail-oriented  Civil Engineers  with a clear path to a full-time role based on performance. You will undergo on job training for the duration of 6 months on Design, Design Management, Project Management, latest technological advancements, and will be given the right opportunity to work on projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil with minimum CGPA=3.0 or above)
• Strong presence and excellent communication skills in English (additional language is a plus)
• Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure and complexity.
• Are good listeners, empathetic, collaborative, and team oriented.
• Demonstrate multi-dimensional experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently once guidance has been provided.
• Candidates have good familiarity with AUTOCAD/MICROSTATION will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
