We are seeking a motivated R&D Engineer (Mechatronics) to design, develop, and integrate intelligent electromechanical systems for medical devices. This role involves contributing to the full product lifecycle — from conceptualization, simulation, and detailed design to prototyping, validation, and product refinement. The ideal candidate will have a strong multidisciplinary foundation in mechanical design, embedded control systems, and electronics integration

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to end-to-end product development of medical devices from concept to validation.
  • Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools.
  • Perform simulations and analysis (e.g., FEA) to validate mechanical performance.
  • Develop and program embedded control systems using microcontrollers (ARM, Arduino, PLCs).
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, and motors into functional electromechanical systems.
  • Develop firmware using C/C++ for embedded applications.
  • Create and support software interfaces for system operation, testing, and debugging.
  • Design and review basic electrical circuits for system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, electronics, QA) for seamless hardware-software-mechanical integration.
  • Assist in prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities
  • Maintain technical documentation including design files, test results, and development reports.

Preferred

  • Strong foundation in mechanical design principles and CAD modeling.
  • Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development (C/C++).
  • Experience with microcontrollers (ARM-based systems, Arduino, PLCs).
  • Understanding of electrical circuit theory and PCB-level concepts.
  • Exposure to robotics, automation, or IoT-based systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cross-disciplinary challenges.
  • Ability to work in a structured R&D and regulated development environment.

Why Join Us?
