Process Developer R&D (Maintenance Dept.)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional for the Process R&D Maintenance Department to support process development, optimization, and maintenance of pilot and production-scale equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of R&D processes, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Process R&D equipment, pilot plants, and laboratory systems
• Support scale-up and technology transfer from R&D to production
• Coordinate with Process R&D, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Assist in process trials, validation, and optimization studies
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and logbooks
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory guidelines
• Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
