Junior Civil Engineer (DM Approval)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction maintenance projects from start to finish
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Address any issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Dubai Municipality approval
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proven experience in construction within the UAE
• Experience in waterproofing jobs is preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
