Job Description:


  1. Serve as the key contact for enterprise and agency clients
  2. Support clients across onboarding, training, and implementation of the tool.
  3. Handle inquiries and requests from customers & end-users and address their needs
  4. Conduct regular meetings with C-suite executives and marketing leaders across leading organizations.
  5. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  6. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work closely with internal teams to close them.
  7. Set up client accounts (non-technical)


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently.
  5. A people person and a team player, this is a networking role that thrives on connection and communication.
  6. Quick and adaptive learner, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong collaboration skills
  8. Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
  9. Owning a car is required
