Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Junior Closer to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales closing, cold calling & team management, preferably in international Digital Marketing & SEO sales campaign.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing a team of 3-5 agents.

2. Build relationships with potential clients.

3. Developing sales strategies.

4. Make cold calls and participate in virtual meetings.

5. Engage with clients consistently.

6. Meeting monthly sales targets set by the company.

7. Support sales pipeline management.

8. Learn from market research and competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications

1. Intermediate/A-Levels or equivalent qualification.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Should've at least 1 year international B2B team management & sales closing experience, preferably in SEO & Digital Marketing sales.

4. Customer-focused approach.

5. Basic sales experience (training provided).

6. Eagerness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
