The Role
We’re looking for a hungry, confident Sales Closer who knows how to sell custom tech and AI services.
You will:

Handle discovery calls

Qualify prospects on budget, timeline, and fit

Pitch HyperGrowth’s services clearly and confidently

Drive deals to close
-
Help with LeadGen
-
Work closely with the Product and Dev Team to understand our offerings

Work closely with the founder during the ramp-up phase

This is a commission-driven role for someone who wants upside.
What You’ll Be Selling

Custom web & mobile applications
-
AI agents & automation systems
-
SaaS platforms & marketplaces
-
AI MVPs and proof-of-concept builds

Performance marketing retainers (secondary focus)
Responsibilities
-
Run discovery and sales calls with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers
-
Ask strong qualifying questions (budget, goals, timeline)
-
Clearly explain HyperGrowth’s offerings and process
-
Handle objections and move deals forward
-
Coordinate with the founder on proposals and pricing (initially)

Follow up consistently and professionally
-
Maintain basic CRM updates (HubSpot / Notion / Sheets)
Requirements
Must Have:

Prior experience selling tech services, software, or IT solutions

Strong spoken and written English

Confidence speaking with US-based clients
-
Experience closing deals (not just lead generation)

Comfortable discussing pricing and budgets

Ability to work US Hours

Hybrid Role - In Person Required for multiple days in a week
Nice to Have:

Software Engineering / Software Development Background

Experience selling AI, SaaS, or automation services

Upwork or freelance marketplace sales experience

Understanding of startups and SMB clients

Familiarity with CRMs and Zoom sales calls
