Senior Sales Closer – Digital Marketing

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Closer to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role focuses on closing qualified leads for US-based digital marketing campaigns, driving revenue, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing campaigns
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Closer
• Proven experience managing a team of 8–10 sales professionals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Responsibilities:

• Close inbound and outbound sales opportunities for US-based campaigns
• Lead and mentor a sales team
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Shift: Night shift (aligned with US time zones)
• Compensation: Competitive base + commission
• Job Type: Full-time | 7pm to 4 am
