Junior Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Broker – Trainee/Associate

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual interested in building a career in commercial real estate investment sales. Work alongside experienced brokers while learning to source deals, analyze investments, market properties, and manage transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect property owners and investors
• Assist in marketing commercial properties for sale
• Analyze investment properties and market data
• Communicate with clients and coordinate transactions
• Build long-term relationships with investors

Mentorship & Opportunity:

• Hands-on experience with real commercial transactions
• Direct mentorship from senior brokers
• Training in underwriting, deal analysis, and client development
• Opportunity to grow a book of business and long-term career

Compensation:
Commission-based only. Typical first-year earnings: $50K–$100K+, with significant upside. Top performers can earn $150K+ annually.

Requirements:

• California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and coachable
• Interest in investment real estate and client development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
