Junior Compliance Analyst- RUYA

Supporting the Department Head and Compliance Manger, the Junior Compliance Analyst will assist with client onboarding, anti-money laundering, sanctions and financial crime matters aswell as supporting the team with adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, group norms, reporting and training.

Job Profile:

• Manage the client onboarding process incl. re-vetting of existing clients and vetting certificates for regional entities
• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, systems & controls
• Assist with maintaining the Compliance Management System, incl. policy/procedure implementation.
• Support with investigating compliance, regulatory and legal concerns, complaints incl. advising/ corrective and mitigating action.
• Assist with performing the Compliance Monitoring Program and Group reporting.

Your Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience within legal and compliance.
• Knowledge of corporate governance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Arabic (written/verbal).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to grasp legal and regulatory concepts promptly and apply to them day-to-day work and respect confidentially.
