Seashore Recycling & Sustainability Company is a leading environmental solutions provider in Qatar, focusing on recycling, waste management, and sustainable manufacturing. We are committed to promoting the circular economy by converting waste into valuable resources such as aluminium ingots, steel billets, plastic granules, and other eco-friendly products.

As we expand our operations to UAE, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and explore new opportunities in the recycling and sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement sustainability initiatives, policies, and practices across projects and operations.
• Conduct energy, water, and waste audits; recommend and implement efficiency improvement measures.
• Support compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001).
• Develop carbon footprint assessments and recommend strategies for emissions reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, procurement, HSE) to integrate sustainability in processes and projects.
• Monitor and analyse sustainability performance metrics, preparing periodic reports and presentations for management.
• Identify opportunities for renewable energy use, green building technologies, and sustainable materials.
• Promote awareness and training on sustainability practices within the organization.
• Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and stakeholders regarding sustainability programs and certifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification in sustainability/green building (LEED AP, ISO 14001 Auditor, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sustainability, energy management, or environmental engineering.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Analytical skills with ability to assess data, trends, and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
