We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior HR Compliance Executive to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements (Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation and records related to licenses, permits, and statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, government authorities, and auditors regarding compliance activities.
  • Track and update the compliance status of all sites/offices on a regular basis.
  • Prepare compliance reports, trackers, MIS, and submit to management as required.
  • Ensure timely renewal of registrations, approvals, and certificates.
  • Identify compliance gaps and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Law, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in compliance, HR operations, or audit support.
