Junior Consultant - Organisational and Leadership Development
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Consultant to support the design, delivery, and execution of leadership and organizational development consulting projects for TTRO clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for a Saudi national early in their consulting career who is passionate about leadership development, human capital, and learning transformation. The Junior Consultant contributes to project delivery, research, and facilitation support while developing professional consulting and stakeholder engagement skills under the mentorship of senior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of leadership, learning, and organizational development solutions for clients across sectors.
- Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to inform diagnostics, needs assessments, and project recommendations.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to identify leadership and learning priorities.
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Support senior consultants in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high quality project delivery.
- Assist in designing and customizing learning and leadership development materials, toolkits, and interventions.
- Contribute to the creation of learning journeys, capability models, and development frameworks.
- Provide coordination and logistical support for learning programs and workshops (virtual and in person).
- Gather participant feedback and contribute to impact measurement and evaluation reports.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of client communications, updates, and progress reports.
- Support project profitability by ensuring administrative and logistical efficiency.
- Work closely with TTRO's consulting, design, and project management teams to ensure alignment of solutions and deliverables.
- Participate in internal learning sessions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration forums.
- Uphold TTRO's consulting standards, values, and culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Learning & Development.
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, HR, or learning and development (either in a consulting firm or corporate environment).
- Exposure to leadership development, training design, or capability building projects are advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital learning or collaboration platforms (MS Teams).
- Must be a Saudi national with cultural awareness.
