Junior Cost Control Engineer

What You'll Achieve:

Cost Management and Monitoring

• Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking costs to ensure alignment with financial targets
• Support the monitoring of project expenditures to maintain cost efficiency
• Help in preparing regular cost reports for internal stakeholders

Project Coordination and Financial Analysis

• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to collect accurate cost data
• Assist in analyzing cost variations and identifying potential deviations
• Support financial forecasting activities under the guidance of senior team members

Risk Awareness and Cost Control

• Identify potential cost risks and escalate them to senior engineers
• Assist in implementing cost control measures to support project profitability
• Ensure compliance with ACC’s financial policies and procedures

Stakeholder Communication and Documentation

• Maintain accurate cost control records and documentation
• Support communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on cost-related matters
• Ensure all documentation is properly maintained in line with ACC standards

What You’ll Bring to ACC:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of cost control tools is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
