Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to shipments, deliveries, returns, In process and E-COM COD operations.
• To reduce the claim ratio, an analysis needs to be conducted to identify which branches or zones are lacking, or in which linehaul origin–destination combinations delays are occurring that are leading to claims—both in the forward leg and return leg
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports for monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Coordinate with Regional & Zonal down the line teams to ensure timely clearance of HUB pending numbers, resolution of disputes, and improvement in service KPIs.
• Track compliance reports and ensure smooth implementation across the network.
• Identify and highlight grey areas in performance (e.g., delays, first-attempt SR%, re-attempts, undelivered shipments) and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve.
• Support campaign-specific initiatives (e.g., OND targets) with real-time reporting and analysis.
• Ensure alignment with finance, operations, and customer service teams for COD settlements, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for management to support decision-making.
• As per requirement, a customer-wise 360° report is needed—including performance reports, delivery delays, and missed/late attempts. A complete customer-wise analysis should be provided for Last Mile non-compliance as well. If performance SLA is down, the report must also explain why it has dropped.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and exposure to Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for interacting with cross-functional and branch-level teams.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of logistics and last-mile delivery operations in an e-commerce environment.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
