B. Qualification:

1. Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE Mechanical or Civil (Recognized University)

2. Experience: Min 1 to 2 Years

3. General Skills:

• Good English-Speaking Skill
• Email Communication Skill
• Good in Mathematical Calculation and Trigonometry, etc
• Good Analysis Skills, Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• General Computer Skills MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Shall have a fair knowledge of Welding symbols.
• Shall have a fair knowledge of MS structural steel section and grades.
• Aware of NDT Methods.
• Good Knowledge of Measuring Instruments and measuring skills
• Positive Attitude & ability to work effectively in a team.

4. Expert Engineering Computer Skills (Major):

• AutoCAD 2D Mechanical
• AutoCAD 3D Mechanical
• SolidWorks 3D & 2D

5. Engineering FEA Skills (Additional Preferred Skills)

• Ansys
• Staad-Pro
• SolidWorks FEA Simulation

6. Job Profile:

• Generating Product General Arrangement and Fabrication Detail Drawing in 2D & 3D
• Creating BOM Files, Joint and Fit-Up Details with Welding Symbol for Production
• Planning, Engineering Purchase specs & and coordination on the production line.
• Conduct Design Structural Load Bearing Analysis in Staad-Pro or Ansys
•  Preparation and presentation of designs to clients in a 3D motion view.
•  Develop and Document Manufacturing Schedule and Internal Control
•  Conduct Weekly Factory Visit

7. Work Timing: Starts 10:30 Hrs to 19:30 Hrs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
