Junior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. You will assist in creating visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their design skills and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design team in producing high-quality visual assets
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
• Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders
• Take part in brainstorming and concept development sessions
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all materials
• Edit and prepare files for print and digital production
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic understanding of design principles (layout, color, typography)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• A portfolio showcasing your design work (academic or freelance acceptable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
