The Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company’s overall online presence and digital marketing strategy. This role focuses on brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and performance optimization across digital channels — including social media, SEO, email, and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage official accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent tone and engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content including posts, stories, reels, and short videos based on marketing calendar and campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing creatives, videos, and ad materials.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and budgets, and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility, traffic, and ranking.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and blogs in alignment with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights to track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to improve strategy and content direction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, design, development) to align marketing goals with business outcomes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting results, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging social media tools, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social platforms, maintaining a professional and engaging presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creativity, multitasking ability, and attention to detail are essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM integration.
- Proficiency in bilingual content creation (English + Arabic) is an added advantage, especially for KSA market.
