Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle social media (Instagram/Facebook/YouTube basics): planning and posting as per monthly content
calendar.
2. Manage Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP): posts, updates, photos, services, and profile hygiene.
3. Drive and manage reviews on GMB (request, respond professionally, and escalate when required).
4. Lead nurturing and follow-ups to ensure timely response and higher conversion.
5. Maintain lead data in CRM/Google Sheets: lead status, remarks, next follow-up date, and conversion updates.
6. Coordinate with counsellors and branch teams for batch updates, events, placements, and content
requirements.
7. Ensure consistent content posting across platforms as per brand guidelines.
8. Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, GMB actions) and share weekly insights and improvement
plans.
Skills Required:
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
● Creative eye for content presentation, layouts, and brand consistency.
● Comfortable with analytics and reporting (Meta insights, KPIs, Google Sheets/Excel).
● Understanding of social media best practices (content formats, hooks, CTAs, consistency).
● Working knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP).
● Good coordination, follow-up discipline, and ownership mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
