About the Role

Sprouto is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & SMM) to support and execute digital marketing activities focused on organic growth and social media engagement. This role is ideal for a junior marketer with up to 1 year of hands-on experience who has a solid understanding of SEO and Social Media Marketing and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Assist in on-page and basic technical SEO (meta tags, keywords, content optimization).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website pages and blog content to improve search rankings.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.

2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms.
  • Support paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads).

3. Content & Branding Support

  • Assist in creating content for social media, blogs, and basic ad creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers when required.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics such as traffic, reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.

5. Growth & Optimization

  • Support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Research new trends, tools, and growth opportunities in digital marketing.
  • Assist senior team members in improving ROI and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads, analytics tools, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (GA, Search Console, Meta Suite, SEMrush).
  • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
