Urgent hiring for " Junior E-commerce Assistant – Temu Product Listings & Graphics."

We are looking for a junior e-commerce assistant to join our team and help us manage product listings on Temu. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and fluent in English (spoken and written), with a basic understanding of graphic design and experience using tools like Canva.

Responsibilities:

Create and upload product listings on Temu, including:

• Writing optimized product titles.

• Crafting clear and compelling product descriptions.

• Adding relevant specifications and tags.

• Perform basic image editing and designing using Canva to enhance product visuals.

• Research market trends and ensure product listings follow best practices.

• Communicate regularly with the UK team for updates, feedback, and reporting.

• Maintain accurate records of uploaded products and updates.

• Assist in maintaining a consistent visual and branding standard across all listings.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Temu experience is a plus):

• Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Experience with Canva or other basic design tools & a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in e-commerce product listing or catalog management.

• Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce.

• Familiarity with product research and competitive analysis.
