Your Role

• Build Shopify stores from scratch and guide them through to successful launch, including migration projects to ensure seamless, high-quality transitions.
• Independently run workshops with merchants on their online shop projects, preparing and following up with precision.
• Document client progress, workflows, guidelines, and processes thoroughly and keep all project documentation up to date.
• Conduct shop analyses and actively implement measures for shop and CRM optimization – including occasional store setups.
• Plan and maintain sprints with your team, ensuring deadlines are met and task management stays clear and well-prioritized.
• Manage client data and keep folders organized and updated at all times.
• Support the sales team with Shopify-related low-code questions.

What You Bring

• Strong Shopify expertise and confidence in the e-commerce universe.
• Solid technical understanding with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Leadership skills – you guide clients through projects with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and patience in preparing and following up on workshops, maintaining data, and documenting processes.
• Self-organized and reliable – excellent time management is second nature to you.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with strong client-facing experience.
• A solutions-oriented mindset – you view challenges as opportunities and solve problems creatively and collaboratively.
