E-commerce Executive – FMCG / Food Distribution | Dubai

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive – FMCG to manage and grow our online sales channels across marketplaces and internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG e-commerce operations , listings, coordination with fulfillment teams, and optimizing product visibility online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage FMCG product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Instashop, etc.) including pricing, descriptions, images, and promotions.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and smooth delivery.
• Monitor daily orders, resolve operational issues, and ensure SLA adherence for all e-commerce FMCG sales.
• Optimize product visibility through keyword research, content improvements, and promotional planning.
• Analyze online sales reports, market trends, and consumer behavior to drive revenue growth.
• Plan and execute online campaigns and offers, collaborating with the marketing team.
• Manage customer reviews and ratings across platforms to improve marketplace reputation.
• Track competitor activity and propose adjustments to improve performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations within the FMCG sector (online grocery / food distribution preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
• Proficient in MS Excel, e-commerce dashboards, and order management tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of online advertising and product SEO is a plus.

✅ Preferred:

• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and online catalogue management
• Candidates with FMCG & HORECA/retail background will be prioritized
