Junior E-Commerce Operations Specialist

The Junior E-Commerce Operations Specialist will support the daily functions of our online sales initiatives within the manufacturing sector, ensuring smooth order processing and facilitating customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about e-commerce and looking to grow their careers in a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process daily online store orders accurately and on time, in coordination with the rest of the team
• Handle product returns and exchanges in collaboration with other team members and in line with company policies.
• Update product quantities based on available warehouse stock.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve order or product inquiries.
• Prepare simple daily reports regarding orders and raised issues.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (e-commerce or customer support preferred).
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Excel – Word).
• Prior knowledge of any E-Commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Open Cart, Woo Commerce) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
