Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Junior e-KAM to join our eCommerce team at Groupe SEB Türkiye. As a Marketplace Jr. Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing our presence on leading online marketplaces, ensuring optimal performance, and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Tefal brand .


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management :
  • Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with assigned marketplace accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Sales Growth :
  • Develop and execute tailored action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper stock management and timely order fulfillment.
  • Content Optimization :
  • Work closely with the Activations Manager to optimize product listings, images, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend adjustments to improve competitiveness.
  • Campaign Management :
  • Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns (e.g., discounts, sponsored ads) in collaboration with marketplaces and the marketing team.
  • Evaluate ROI and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Insights :
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the E-Commerce Manager.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Take full ownership of financial processes for assigned accounts, including invoicing, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups .


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace account management.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
