Junior Electrical Engineer

ALSUWEIDI Engineering Consultants is looking for an experienced Junior Electrical Engineer to join our supervision team for ongoing and upcoming Abu Dhabi projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of all electrical works in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and approved drawings
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
• Inspect site works and ensure quality, compliance, and coordination with other trades
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Senior Engineers, and Testing & Commissioning team
• Prepare and submit technical, financial, and progress reports
• Supervise site inspectors and evaluate their performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in electrical supervision, preferably with an engineering consultancy
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and supervision practices
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a quality-driven mindset
