Roles:

Junior Engineers will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and engineering teams in various aspects of project development and execution. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with experienced engineers to learn and grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily on-site supervision of construction activities to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely execution of work.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Support senior engineers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control measures are followed on-site.
• Assist in resolving site-level issues and escalating major concerns to the project lead.
• Maintain documentation related to project execution, compliance, and inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Total 3 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction.
• Familiarity with construction practices, materials, and on-site coordination.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, software, and MS Office.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and construction standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
