Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate residential sector. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree. The position is full-time and office-based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Assist in overseeing construction activities at residential sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure that work meets the project's specifications and timelines.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams.
• Material Management: Assist in the management of construction materials, ensuring availability and timely delivery to the project site.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience working on residential projects in Mumbai.
