Job Title: Junior Engineer – Villa Construction

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Junior Engineer to support and manage villa construction projects across Dubai. You will coordinate site activities, plan and track project progress, review drawings, and act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge, excellent planning skills, and the ability to follow up and close tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily villa construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare, track, and update project schedules, plans, and progress reports.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate clarifications with consultants and contractors.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, site teams, and suppliers.
• Organize and lead project meetings; prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on action items.
• Track project milestones, materials, and site requirements.
• Support project documentation, approvals, and coordination with relevant authorities.
• Report project status, risks, and delays to management with practical, workable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project coordination, preferably in villa or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Ability to read and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Confidence in handling client and consultant communication, including leading meetings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid UAE driving license with own car (mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of MS Project or similar planning tools is an advantage.
