Junior Engineer (Civil)

About Us:
Sanbrik Infra Developers is a fast-growing infrastructure development company based in Vizianagaram. We are looking to expand our dynamic team and are currently hiring a Junior Engineer to support the technical and operational aspects of our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is in compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to manage and monitor project timelines, costs, and quality.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges that arise on-site.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Support the senior engineering team in executing tasks related to structural, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the project.
• Participate in site meetings and report progress to higher management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering fields are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
