Junior Engineer – Proposal & Project Coordinator

Location: Doha
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week

Job Description:

Our client, a global engineering technology company in Qatar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Proposal & Project Coordinator) to support our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will assist in proposal preparation, project coordination, and technical documentation while ensuring timely execution of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and coordination of technical and commercial proposals
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation activities
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, vendors, and clients
• Track project progress and assist in reporting and compliance documentation
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs as required
• Ensure proposals and project deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements
• Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and project files

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role
• Experience in proposal preparation and project coordination is preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation and project workflows
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tools is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive work approach
