Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance & Monitoring:

o Monitor and inspect all civil construction activities such as concreting, reinforcement, formwork, plastering, masonry, and finishing to ensure they meet the required standards.

o Implement and maintain quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection protocols at site.

o Verify materials used at the site are as per the approved samples and specifications.

o Conduct stage-wise inspections and ensure work conforms to drawings, specifications, and method statements.

2. Testing & Documentation:

o Coordinate with the laboratory for conducting field and lab tests on materials such as concrete, aggregates, soil, and steel.

o Record all test results, non-conformities, and corrective measures taken.

o Maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and daily quality logs.

o Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

3. Defect Identification & Corrective Actions:

o Identify defects or deviations during execution and recommend immediate corrective and preventive actions.

o Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented by the site team.

o Assist in developing quality improvement strategies and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.

4. Coordination & Compliance:

o Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

o Ensure compliance with IS codes, QMS standards, and company quality policies.

o Participate in internal quality audits and client inspections.

o Support the preparation of quality control documentation required for handover and project closure.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

o Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to the Project Manager and QA/QC Head.

o Maintain records of concrete pours, material testing, and inspection approvals.

o Review construction methods and suggest process improvements to enhance overall quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil with 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control of residential or commercial construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, IS codes, and QA/QC documentation.

· Ability to identify defects, propose corrective measures, and maintain accurate reports.

· Excellent communication, observation, and coordination skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
