Junior Estimation Engineer

We are a leading organization in the infrastructure and construction sector, committed to delivering high-quality projects with precision and timely execution. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kochi.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, and construction projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope.
• Perform material take-offs, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
• Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather relevant data.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, cost sheets, and tender submissions.
• Analyze vendor quotations and update cost databases.
• Support senior estimation engineers in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain records of past estimates for future reference and cost optimization.
• Participate in project meetings and provide estimation-related inputs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (if applicable).
• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work under timelines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of local material rates and vendor networks in Kerala.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• ERP systems: 6 years (Preferred)
• Quantity analysis: 4 years (Preferred)
