Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in interpreting CAD drawings and prior exposure to residential project handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and assist in cost planning for projects.
• Interpret and analyse CAD drawings with high accuracy.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare relevant reports.
• Coordinate with the design, project, and procurement teams.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and material take-offs.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring project expenses.
• Support tendering and contract preparation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in CAD drawings interpretation.
• Prior experience in residential project pre-handling is preferred.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
